Resident Liaison Service
Your Resident Liaison service is all about you. We never forget that we are working on your home and for all improvement programmes employ specialist Resident Liaison Officers. Our dedicated team have one objective, 'to ensure tenants and residents are fully involved in the entire decision making processes which affect your home.'
We ensure that independent support and advice to tenants and the wider community affected by the relevant works, is provided to ensure that everyone is continually informed and up to date with progress and related issues. They provide a single point of contact ad will help tenants to feel respected and valued throughout the works.
Our staff aim to develop an understanding of locally sensitive issues and are available pre, during and post contract.
In simple terms this means you will have someone with an understanding of your needs and an understanding of the works to be carried out to, to answer any questions and help with any related problems you may have.
